What does it cost to enter the RibFest grounds?
There is no charge to come to RibFest. We offer free entertainment too.
What type of food is available?
Our BBQ vendors serve pork and beef ribs, chicken, corn on the cob, beef brisket sandwiches, full and half racks of beef ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, ‘tators’ and coleslaw! Plus there are other site vendors for you to enjoy serving hot dogs, ice cream and other choices. Some vendors offer gluten free and vegan choices.
Where do I park?
Kelowna City Park has on site parking. The on site parking tends to fill up and other downtown parking is available. We do not have a shuttle bus.
Are children welcome?
Yes, Kelowna RibFest is a family friendly event. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. There is a family friendly beverage area. To enter the family area, adults must be accompanied by someone under the age of 19.
Do food & beverage vendors accept credit and/or bank cards?
Ribbers will only be accepting cash if you are buying your BBQ directly from them. There are ATM machines on site.
Where can I sit and eat my food?
Tables and chairs under tents are available to sit at and enjoy your food outside and inside the adult beverage garden or in the family friendly beverage area.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the main grounds. On duty service dogs are welcome. We do offer dog sitting at our Shoe Bank Canada tent just beside the Volunteer Tent.
