Hucklebellys features an award winning sauce, appealing to all grillers with its sweet and savoury flavour, great for adults and kids alike. Our specialty menu items include the Doc Holiday which has enough ribs, chicken and pulled pork to satisfy two ’bellys’ and for the hungry family we offer the Belly Buster combo which includes one full rack, one whole chicken and four sides. Hucklebellys belly bustin’ grub starts with our secret rub recipe slathered on St. Louis side ribs, smoked low and slow (good things take time) and perfected with our award winning sauce.
While Hucklebelly’s schedule has not yet been finalized, at this time, the Ribber is scheduled to attend festivals in Kitchener, Ontario, Chatham, Ontario, Kelowna, British Columbia, and Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Gator BBQ has been delivering mouth-watering chicken, pulled pork and ribs to the hungry crowds of Rib Fests all across North America for over 30 years. Touring Canada and the Northern United States, the Smith family of Port Dover continue to win countless awards and events with their signature southern BBQ cuisine.
Gator BBQ was formed in 1983 by a gentleman from Naples Florida by the name of Don Brown (a.k.a. the King of Ribs). Don was also the manager of Michelbobs Rib House in Naples Florida. The business changed hands several times and in 2006, Matthew and Louise Smith acquired Gator BBQ and haven’t looked back. It is now family-run business with children Kurt, Nick, Aaron and Alexis all contributing to its success.
The business now tours Ontario and the Northern U.S. States doing upwards of 30 Ribfests a year, and will be returning to the Interior Savings Sunrise Rotary RibFest for the third time.
Boss Hog’s is a London, Ontario based company that provides comprehensive food services for those that enjoy the best in authentic barbeque. While Boss Hog’s has a restaurant in London, most notably, they compete annually in Ribfests across the country with their three tractor-trailer stands. After winning more awards than any other barbeque company in the past few years, they recognize that they are considered to be the pride of the Canadian Ribfest Tour.
With “Taste the Smokin’ Difference” being their team’s motto, their utmost goal is to provide their patrons with the ultimate barbeque experience. Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ is Canada’s Winningest BBQ Team – They have won 17 Grand Championships – more than any team in the country. Highlights include the 2013 & 2014 Jack Daniels World Championships (1st Place Chef’s Choice) in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and the Canadian National BBQ Championships. With well over 180 awards in professional barbecue, nobody brings more bragging rights to the picnic table.
Rob Reinhardt is the head cook and when Rob comes to town, you know you’re getting the finest BBQ available anywhere. We hand trim our meat, season with our signature spice rubs, and smoke to tender perfection. In addition to travelling to Ribfests, Rob runs the largest BBQ school in Canada, has a food truck on the streets of Regina, and serves as Vice President of the Canadian BBQ Society.
